Why I Chose These 5 Strengths
I chose Learner because I enjoy the process of leaning something new, not just the outcome. Every new thing I learn helps me to expany my mind, be more creative, and solve problems in unexpected ways.
I chose Discipline because routine and structure help me to thrive. I love sticking to a set schedule to get my work and schoolwork done in a perdictable manner, removing additional stress.
I chose Maximizer because I do my best work when I am in enviornments where my strengths are being used and improved upon, instead of trying to improve my weakenesses. This is why I chose a major that I feel my strengths align with, versus choosing a major based on interests alone.
I chose Consistency because I believe in treating people the same, fairness for all, and clear rules for everyone. This helps me greatly in work enviornments because everyone knos what to expect as a team, and everyone is treated equally.
I chose Includer because it is second-nature for me to pull people in who are being left out and make them feel included. I think it is very important in teams, both in work and school, that everyone feel included and be included in the decisions. I've seen that inclduing everyone leads to be the best outcome because you get the most ideas.
The strength that I most want to develop further is Discipline because I feel that it is very important as an online student. I have always had strong discipline, but just started online school in January 2026. There is not a lot of inherent structure in online school, so you must have the discipline to create it as a student. Impoving my discipline will help me to ensure I can maintain a good GPA, even as the courses become harder and the workload becomes heavier.
